“There’s more to them than meets the eye.” Quoted by Optimus Prime in Transformers (2007), but now the same can be said for these multi-coloured birds with serious anger. When first we saw angry birds in action on December 2009, they just threw themselves using a slingshot at bad piggys, their nemesis. As the time went by, they started to evolve. Firstly, they went to space for their vengeance in ‘Angry Birds Space’ where the warfare was held in zero gravity, then they evolved further and fought their wars using the way of the force in ‘Angry Birds’. Time moved on and they learnt to drive in ‘Angry Birds Go!’
And this time, these mysterious birds have fallen on Piggy island turning all living things into transformers and non-living things into gigantic towers that destroy those living inhabitants. Now both Autobirds and Deceptihogs must put their differences aside and fight their common enemy those mischievous eggs.
According to the gameplay trailer released on 25th and shoot platforming game, a new teammate system allows you to play with two characters and you can tap on the screen to shoot enemies, which fills two types of gauges. In Angry Birds Transformers, you can transform your your bird from a robot into vehicle and there is a special move gauge as well, when filled it will launch a special move according to the character chosen. The upgrading system allows you to enhance the abilities of your character. The game is also compatible with Hasbro’s Telepods a toy line which was before used in Angry Birds Star Wars II and Angry Birds Go!
The graphics of the games looks pleasing, while adding a cartoonish 3D effect in this 2D game. The Birds look amazing in their new form like The Red bird is Optimus Prime and Yellow one is Bumblebee. Angry Birds Transformers is ready to be released on iOS and Android devices on October 30th worldwide.
